I couldn’t wait to write about Everybody Hates Chris. This is definitely one of the best shows I have ever watched in my entire life and I highly recommend it. EHC is funny, entertaining, and will surely crack  you up and turn you into a couch potato. When this show is on, I cannot leave the TV room. But, let me tell you something, if you think I am working hard on English Black Friday because I need your money, you are wrong, as Rochelle would say:

This awesome sitcom chronicles the misadventures and struggles of teenager Chris as he grows up in the 1980’s in Brooklyn, NYC. Chris’s eccentric family members will make you laugh and have a great time! You know his father for sure. He once made his way downtown walking fast, faces passed and he was home-bound.  I am talking about Julius. This hardworking man had two jobs, as we already know, but he was a tightwad.

Besides, Chris’s mother, Rochelle, was so intimidating. Do you remember how many ways she could whoop your behind? Oh, you have to watch this one, if you don’t…well, I’ll let Rochelle speak for herself. She could turn the table on you and you would think you are the one to blame. I love Rochelle!

Also, in this amazing family, you can find Chris’s spoiled sister, Tonya. Something tells me that she will be just like her mother!

What about that younger brother: Drew? He is more popular than Chris and it made Chris’s life even harder. Well, Tonya always made a hell of Chris’s life. At least Drew could back him up, sometimes!

I don’t know if you’ve ever been through some bullying or felt that somebody was taking advantage of you. Well, I gotta tell you that Chris surely had! And these two were in charge of that! Joey Caruso – best known as Caruso – is a recurring character in Everybody Hates Chris. Caruso is the school bully whose main target is Chris, but sometimes it is Greg – Chris’s best friend. Well, do you think you would get picked on if you were a student at Corleone?

   

Ok, we have seen bullies everywhere, but have you ever had a bully teacher? Chris surely did. Apparently, she was just a result of what society has taught her. But we never know, right!

The show is based on the life of the internationally known comedian Chris Rock, who serves as the narrator for the show and is also its executive producer. Don’t mistake him for Chris Tucker from the Rush Hour and Friday.
