When Hip Hop meets the Orchestra

50-cent-kendrick-lamar-2pac-co-hHave you ever said that Classic Music is bullshit and your thing is HipHop? Well, I have and I regret I’ve once said that! So, get ready to see one of the most incredible things I’ve ever bumped into. This post is dedicated to my brother from another mother: Aleks Mendonza. He knows how much I love RAP and HIPHOP and cared to share this video with me on my Facebook. Many thanks, man! I think I somewhat have influenced him musically. He has been listening to some of my crazy raps and it has made me feel good.

Mr. Jimek from the Polish Symphonic Orchestra has come up with the History of HipHop by playing a bunch of classics. This is simply amazing!  In the video below, you will find some of my favorite songs including Still by Dr. Dre and Hey Ma by Cam’Ron. By the way, Dr. Dre has been working on The Detox, his latest album inspired by the movie Straight Outta Compton.

Check out the complete list and then go check the video yourself. I am sure you will be as amazed as I have been. I can’t stop watching it!
